Deputy Business Unit Director - Artelia Italy

Alessandra Scardaoni is currently Deputy Business Unit Director at Artelia Italia, an international leader in Project & Construction Management, Multidisciplinary Engineering Services, Quantity Surveying, Construction Supervision and H&S, offering tailor-made solutions for investors, developers, operators and architects - with a particular focus on the Hospitality sector globally.
With more than 20 years of experience in Project & Construction Management and Design Management, Alessandra joined Artelia in 2018 as Senior Project Manager, later becoming Project Director in 2022 and subsequently assuming her current role as Deputy Business Unit Director.
He started his career as a designer and then specialised in the role of Project Manager at the international architectural firm Studio Nicoletti Associati in Rome.
In 2013, she joined Italiana Costruzioni S.p.A., where she further consolidated her expertise in managing complex projects from different perspectives.
Alessandra has played a key role in the realisation of major projects in the Hospitality sector, using her multidisciplinary background to promote innovation, efficiency and sustainability, supporting developers, investors and hotel operators from the Technical Due Diligence and pre-construction phase to the final handover through all phases of Design, Tender, Procurement and Site Management.
