Ambra Piccin is the first female architect to open an Architecture Studio in Cortina d'Ampezzo in 1991, which has been the largest and best-equipped studio in the Conca for thirty years.

She is the protagonist of many realisations and projects throughout Italy and Northern European countries, especially in renowned mountain resorts throughout the Alpine Arc, but also in Rome, Milan, Udine, Verona, Florence...

The timeless classicism of the mountain language intertwined with a more modern conception of elegance is recognisable in architectural and design solutions with a distinctly original character, which hold together, in a perfect balance, technique and evolution.

Ambra Piccin deals with complex residential, hotel and commercial projects, with new constructions, building renovations, conservative renovations and interior design. Her experience is complemented and completed in landscape architecture or town planning through environmental redevelopment works, so important to her. Her portfolio boasts 750 completed projects.

Ambra Piccin is also the author of four publications dedicated to interior design in Cortina and promoter of training young people through her studio and, every year, numerous magazines publish her creations with dedicated photo reports and interviews.

Her strongly human and sensitive approach transforms each project into a dialogue with the client and the space, where architecture becomes the art of living and a narrative tool.

She boasts numerous awards and commendations of excellence at various Design Awards, including at the ADI Design Museum in Milan, for her creations of lines and special collections of furniture, lighting and architectural furnishings.
