After graduating in Construction Engineering in 2010 and gaining work experience in real estate operations management, he began his career within a multidisciplinary engineering company dealing with national and international projects, as a mechanical systems designer. He deals with multidisciplinary coordination and systems integration in architectural and structural projects. Before joining the Deerns team, he held the role of Technical Director for Mechanical Systems, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency in a leading Italian multidisciplinary engineering company and the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer in a Dutch multinational operating worldwide in engineering and management consulting services. He currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager for Real Estate at Deerns and is involved in consultancy activities, both in the design and construction phases, for several Italian and international projects. In the realisation and management of projects, MEP focuses on energy efficiency, plant effectiveness, user comfort to optimise the experience, and attention to plant aesthetic details in compliance with architectural intentions and the highest quality standards. In recent years he has been involved in the management and implementation of multiple projects in the Hospitality Ultra Luxury and Prestige Residential sectors, with the world's leading owners and operators in the sector. He leads a team of MEP design engineers in the realisation of ambitious projects in the Hospitality and Residential sectors, ensuring quality, adherence to budget and schedule, innovation and effective coordination within the project Design Team.
