Principal, Architecture - WATG

Chiara Calufetti-Lim brings three decades of architectural experience to the team. Her design expertise includes urban planning, master planning, high-end retail, multi-family residential and renovations. Chiara's ability to produce successful hospitality and leisure projects makes her an asset to any team.

Chiara's global experience spans three continents and encompasses many areas of architectural design. Although her passion is really in the development of the design concept, she has also worked on and directed projects in the various phases, from schematic design to construction documents, approvals to design coordination and construction administration. Her expertise also includes branding, interior renovation and historical restoration. Chiara has been accredited as a LEED professional for over fifteen years and furthered her expertise with a certificate in corporate sustainability management from the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.

Chiara's energy and vitality exude in her work and she takes every opportunity to explore new ideas with her team. She is a teacher as well as a student and continues to develop her skills and pass on her knowledge to the young designers at WATG.
