From April 2024, Diego Romano joins Lema as Sales and Marketing Director for the Home and Contract divisions. An experienced manager, he brings with him more than 25 years of career in design, furniture and consumer goods, gained in leading international companies such as The Coca-Cola Company and Gessi S.p.A, where he successfully led the global expansion, strengthening its positioning as a reference brand.

With strong expertise in strategy, marketing and sales, he has demonstrated strong leadership and business development skills, managing international teams and working in multicultural contexts.

His joining Lema marks a new chapter in the brand's global growth, with the aim of consolidating its presence in international design markets.
