Director - GIO'FORMA

Niccolò Franceschini is a designer who graduated in Industrial Design with honours from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Florence. He subsequently completed a Master in Temporary Space & Exhibition Design at the Politecnico di Milano, deepening his interest in space design, narrative environments and experiential architecture.
He started his professional career in Milan at the creative studio AAAHHAAA, working on fashion-related projects and gaining experience in the development of concepts and brand-oriented spatial identities. He then collaborated with Newtonlab, a division of the 24 Hour Group, participating in the design and realisation of international events and large exhibition layouts.
Since 2017 he has been part of Giò Forma Srl, where he initially held the position of Lead Architectural Designer in the field of concerts and live events. Over the course of time, his path has progressively shifted towards architecture, interior design and retail. Over the past six years, he has played a key role in the development of complex and high-profile projects - particularly in Saudi Arabia - contributing to the realisation of luxury hotels, airports and important cultural and commercial destinations.
He is currently Director at Giò Forma, where he coordinates multidisciplinary teams and contributes to the strategic and creative direction of international projects, working at the intersection of architecture, experience design and large-scale placemaking.
