Head of Industry Real estate - IMI Corporate & Investment banking division, Intesa Sanpaolo

A graduate of the Catholic University of Milan, he started his career in 1996 and to date has more than 25 years of experience in the national and international real estate sector.

1996 - 1998 at Artur Andersen SpA, an auditing and consulting company, with a focus on the real estate sector.

1998 - 2004 in Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds as Head of Finance Manager for investment operations in Italy and various investments in distressed mortgage loans.

2004 - 2006 in RREEF Fondi Immobiliare SGR, as Regional CFO for Italian activities, overseeing and structuring several acquisitions and developments of real estate portfolios.

Since 2006 he has held the position of Head of Real Estate at Intesa Sanpaolo SpA. As Head of the Real Estate Advisory and Real Estate Structured desks at the aforementioned Bank, he has been at the forefront of major operations in Italy; furthermore, as Head of the Real Estate Desk, he followed the internalisation of the Real Estate Structured Finance desk structuring operations in New York, London, Berlin, Madrid.

Due to his considerable experience in the real estate market, he has been involved by the bank in major national urban regeneration projects.

From October 2009 to October 2016 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Prelios SGR.
