Stefania is an Associate Director in the Project Management & Building Consultancy department of CBRE Italy, with over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.

After a master's degree in Building Systems Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he started his career in real estate consulting, working with high-profile companies.

Over the years, he has developed strong skills in technical due diligence, feasibility studies, project monitoring and project management, as well as an in-depth knowledge of different real estate transaction processes.

Since 2019 he has been working at CBRE Italy, supporting Italian and international investors in development projects for different asset classes.
