With more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, including as Head of Marketing and Communication first at the international hotel chain Best Western Italia and then at Gruppo UNA spa, Alessandra Niada has been part of the Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences family since January 2020. She works in the Marketing and Communication office in Milan reporting to the Marketing & Communication Team based in Vienna. Alessandra is responsible for the development of Marketing and Communication activities in the Italian market and oversees the implementation of the 360° strategy by guiding the operations and results of the press office.
