Associate Director, Building Consultancy – Due Diligence, CBRE | Turner & Townsend

Eleonora is an Associate Director in the Building Consultancy - Due Diligence department of CBRE | Turner & Townsend, with over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, project management and technical consultancy, providing solutions for complex real estate projects.

After graduating with a Master's degree in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic, he started his career in real estate design and consulting, both on his own and working with high-profile companies.

Over the years, he has developed strong skills in technical due diligence, feasibility studies, providing technical assistance to clients in acquisitions, disposals and asset management in various asset classes (hotel, residential, tertiary and commercial, industrial).

Since 2022 he has been working in CBRE SpA, supporting Italian and international investors in development projects and, since January 2026 following a merger, in CBRE | Turner & Townsend, a company with over 22,000 employees in more than 60 countries.
