Architect, designer & founder – bettazoccatelli

Having graduated from the IUAV in Venice and with solid work experience in the Netherlands, she is a co-founder of the practice Bettazoccatelli on Lake Garda in synergy with Andrea Betta. 

The studio is a creative architecture and interior design laboratory with a particular focus on the hospitality sector, including both hotels and the new open-air hospitality sector.  

Passionate researchers, they love solving complex situations through the reading of a place, listening and dialogue with the client. From these foundations come tailor-made solutions capable of combining functionality, sustainability and residential poetry. 

They design spaces that enhance the relationship between interior and exterior by engaging with the landscape, using local materials and bringing out the inherent potential of each situation. 

Among the most recent projects is the reconstruction of a historic hotel in the centre of Riva del Garda through the redevelopment of the internal courtyard and the garden terrace with an open-air wellness area. The interiors blend Italian care and design with the informal style of Northern European New Hospitality, where they worked at the beginning of their careers.
