
Hospitality Design Consultant
Paola Mantello is a Hospitality Design Advisor who collaborates with international clients to shape the next generation of luxury destinations. With over twenty years of international design experience, she works closely with developers and operators to define the vision, strategy and brand identity for landmark projects.
Her career spans the global hospitality and luxury design sectors, with leadership roles at some of the world's most prestigious brands. She served as Director of Design for Central and Eastern Europe at Hilton, overseeing the interior design strategy for new builds, conversions and refurbishments across the Hilton portfolio, including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, LXR and Canopy by Hilton. Prior to Hilton, she was Executive Director of Interior Design for Accor’s luxury brands in the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey, driving the design direction for Raffles, Orient Express, Fairmont, Sofitel and SLS. Her previous international experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Design at Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai and Senior Interior Designer at HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates in Singapore.
Most recently, Paola held the role of Interior Design Programme Leader at Istituto Marangoni Milano Design, where she trained a new generation of designers, bringing luxury hospitality industry practice directly into the studio.
Guided by the motto “Where Identity Becomes Space”, Paola combines operational leadership with a deep knowledge of the brand and a distinctive point of view, following every project through every phase, from the initial concept to the finished space.
