Simone Megna is Head of Hospitality - Project Management at Turner & Townsend in Italy. With over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, he started his journey at CBRE in 2018 and joined Turner & Townsend in 2026, following the global merger with CBRE's Project Management business in January 2025.

Throughout his career, he has worked across all major asset classes and in all phases of the project lifecycle - from planning to cost control, from risk management to procurement and execution monitoring - applying Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices and RIBA international standards.

Over the past five years, it has developed a solid specialisation in complex hotel new construction and refurbishment projects throughout Italy, developing a deep understanding of the specific needs of the hospitality sector and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives to their successful completion.
