Hannah Davies is Senior Director of Brand Development Food & Drink for Hilton's EMEA region, as well as Founder and Studio Lead of StiR Creative Collective by Hilton.
With a solid career spanning over twenty years, Hannah specialises in transforming bars and restaurants into some of the strongest strategic and commercial assets for hotels, ranging from Michelin-starred dining and luxury retail to major global hotel brands. In her current role, she leads the development of F&B brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working closely with owners, developers and hotel teams to design innovative concepts, oversee landmark openings and redefine the guest experience on a large scale.
Recognised as a leading figure in design and innovation in hospitality, Hannah regularly serves as an international judge for the renowned Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and is a guest speaker at the prestigious EHL Graduate School in Lausanne.
